Day 9 - 1105 Calories

Sleep: 7 hours

11:00 AM - Better Oats Apple & Cinnamon Oatmeal (I strained the sugar out) - 150
11:20 AM - Finished my first 27 oz water.11:45 AM - Green Tea 
12:20 PM - Hard Boiled Egg - 78
2:30 PM - Grilled Chicken Burrito from Taco Bell (out and about and I was starving.) - 440
6:00 PM - Finished my second 27 oz water.
6:40 PM - Finished my third 27 oz water.
8:30 PM - 4 Skinny Chicken Egg Rolls with sweet and sour dipping sauce - 496 + 70= 566 (I ate one to many but they were so good)
8:30 PM - Finished my last 27 oz water.

Total - 1234 Over - 129 ( I shouldn't of had that fourth egg roll.)

Fitness:



Climbed the stair at the park.

To kick up my activity level I'm going to walk 50,000 steps next week.

Sleep: 8 hours

10:00 AM - Rocket Fuel Metabolism Booster Shot - 10 calories
11:25 AM - 1 cup Multigrain Cheerios, 1/4 Cup Almond Milk, 1 small Banana - 225
12:20 PM - Finished my first 27 oz water.
12:45 PM - 1 Cup of Skinny Fruit Salad - 93
2:00 PM - Skinny California Wrap - 219
2:30 PM - Finished my second 27 oz water.
4:00 PM - Finished my third 27 oz water.
6:00 PM - Orange - 45
7:30 PM - Skinny Tostada with Creamy Salsa Dressing - 313
8:00 PM - Finished my last 27 oz water.
9:20 PM - Cutie Ice Cream - 200

1105 Calories


Fitness: 


Wall Push-ups, 2 sets of 15 reps
Squat and Press, 2 sets of 15 reps
Bent  over dumbbell row, 2 sets, 15reps
Lunge with bicep curl, 2 sets of 15 reps
Flyes/Dumbbell, 2 sets of 15 reps
50 Crunches/Body Cross
